On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that it had on even date submitted an application for an extension of time of 1 month from 23 February 2026 to 22 March 2026 for Jasa Kita to submit the draft circular to Shareholders in relation to the Proposed Acquisition to Bursa Securities.
