We refer to the previous announcements and the circular to shareholders dated 10 September 2025 in relation to the ESS (“Circular”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Circular.
On behalf of the Board, M&A Securities is pleased to announce that the necessary confirmations pursuant to Rule 6.44(1) of the Listing Requirements have been submitted to Bursa Securities today for the implementation of the ESS. Accordingly, the effective date for the implementation of the ESS has been fixed on 12 February 2026, being the date of full compliance of the ESS.
