We refer to the Company's announcements dated 19 February 2025 and 21 February 2025 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

The Board of Directors of MQ Tech wishes to announce that SASB and CSSB have mutually agreed to extend the Conditional Period be extended for a period of six (6) months, commencing from 20 February 2026 and expiring on 19 August 2026.
