Reference is made to the Company’s earlier announcements dated 26 May 2025, 25 July 2025, 7 August 2025, 6 February 2026 and 10 February 2026 in relation to the Proposals (“Earlier Announcements”), circular to the shareholders dated 28 May 2025 for the Proposed Amendments and announcement dated 24 June 2025 in relation to the outcome of extraordinary general meeting for the Proposed Amendments. Unless stated otherwise, abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall bear the same meaning as those defined in the Earlier Announcements.
On behalf of the Board, Malacca Securities wishes to announce that Bursa Securities has, vide its letter dated 13 February 2026, approved the transfer of ADB’s entire issued share capital from the ACE Market to the Main Market of Bursa Securities, under the “Technology” sector.
The Transfer will take effect immediately 2 market days upon the announcement to Bursa Securities on the transfer date via Bursa LINK.
