The Board of Directors ("Board") of the Company wishes to announce that the Board has approved the establishment of the Remuneration Committee with efect from 13 February 2026, to provide recommendations to the Board on the remuneration of Directors (both executive and non-executive) and senior management of the Company and its subsidiary(ies) in all its forms such that the remuneration is structured to link rewards to corporate and individual performance.
