The Board of Directors of HMCB (“Board”) wishes to announce that HMCB has on 13 February 2026 entered into a Share Subscription Agreement and Shareholders’ Agreement with G&T Brand Sdn. Bhd. in relation to the proposed subscription of 40,000 ordinary shares in KKM, representing 40% of the enlarged issued and paid-up share capital of KKM (“Subscription Shares”). The Subscription Shares will be acquired for cash consideration of RM40,000, together with a Shareholder’s Advance of RM4,360,000, amounting to a total investment of RM4,400,000.
