References are made to the announcements dated 19 February 2025, 1 August 2025, 18 August 2025, 26 August 2025, 18 November 2025, 31 December 2025, and 30 January 2026 in relation to the Disposal and Leaseback ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as defined in the Announcements.

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that MPTSB and MTrustee had, vide a letter of extension of time dated 13 February 2026, mutually agreed to extend the due date for the full payment by MPTSB in respect of the PDC's consent application from 13 February 2026 to 28 February 2026, to fulfil the Conditions Precedent in accordance with the SPA.

Save for the above, all other terms and conditions of the SPA shall remain unchanged.
