We refer to the announcements made on 19 December 2025, 6 January 2026 and 29 January 2026 in relation to the Share Consolidation (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the existing number of 977,517,100 Shares as at the entitlement date for the Share Consolidation as at 5.00 p.m. on 13 February 2026 (“Entitlement Date”) will be consolidated into 488,758,548 Consolidated Shares pursuant to the Share Consolidation.
The 488,758,548 Consolidated Shares will be listed and quoted on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) with effect from 9.00 a.m. on 16 February 2026, being the next market day following the Entitlement Date.
