KLCCP-REMOVAL OF THE LISTING AND QUOTATION OF KLCCP

LISTING'S CIRCULAR NO. L/Q : 67742 OF 2013

ADMISSION TO THE OFFICIAL LIST AND THE LISTING AND QUOTATION OF THE ENTIRE 1,805,333,083 COMPRISING UNITS IN KLCC REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT TRUST TO BE STAPLED TOGETHER WITH THE EXISTING ORDINARY SHARES OF KLCCP (“KLCC STAPLED SECURITIES”) AT A RATIO OF 1:1, IN PLACE OF THE EXISTING KLCCP’S ORDINARY SHARES

Kindly be informed that the KLCCP's securities will be removed and ceased to be listed and quoted with effect from 9.00 a.m., Thursday, 9 May 2013 in conjunction with the new listing and quotation of the KLCC Stapled Securities on the Official List of Bursa Securities.

The KLCC Stapled Securities will be listed and quoted under the “REITS“ sector of the Main Market of Bursa Securities.

Accordingly, KLCCP’s existing Stock Code, Stock Short Name and ISIN Code will be replaced with the new KLCC Stapled Group’s Stock Code, Stock Short Name, ISIN Code and listing date, as detailed below:-
