The Company’s announcements dated 28 January 2026 and 29 January 2026 in relation to the Petition refer.


The Board of Directors wishes to announce that XHTT has fully settled the balance Principal Amount owing to the Petitioner.


Following the full settlement, the Petitioner has filed a Notice of Discontinuance to discontinue the action/petition against XHTT.


Accordingly, the Petition has been discontinued and the matter is now fully resolved. The Group does not expect any financial or operational impact arising from this matter.
