The Board of Directors of Solarvest wishes to update the status of the following Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”):-

1. MOU dated 12 December 2024 between Solarvest and Vista Contracting and Investment Global Pte. Ltd.

- Both Parties are still in the midst of discussion on the potential strategic cooperation with regard to the salient terms of the MOU. Any material and significant development will be updated accordingly. Save as disclosed above, all provisions contained in the MOU shall remain in full force and effect.

2. MOU dated 20 January 2025 between Solarvest and FBG Land Sdn. Bhd.

- Both Parties are still in the midst of discussion on the potential strategic cooperation with regard to the salient terms of the MOU. Any material and significant development will be updated accordingly. Save as disclosed above, all provisions contained in the MOU shall remain in full force and effect.
