Reference is made to the Company’s earlier announcements dated 26 May 2025, 25 July 2025, 7 August 2025, 6 February 2026, 10 February 2026, 13 February 2026 and 20 February 2026 in relation to the Proposals (“Earlier Announcements”), circular to the shareholders dated 28 May 2025 for the Proposed Amendments and announcement dated 24 June 2025 in relation to the outcome of extraordinary general meeting for the Proposed Amendments. Unless stated otherwise, abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall bear the same meaning as those defined in the Earlier Announcements.
On behalf of the Board, Malacca Securities wishes to announce that the listing and quotation for the entire issued share capital of ADB has been transferred from the ACE Market to the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Wednesday, 25 February 2026, marking the completion of the Proposed Transfer.
