The RHBBANKC76 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

The RHBBANKC76 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 12 September 2025. The RHBBANKC76 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 30 September 2025. The obligations of MCSM under RHBBANKC76 are guaranteed by Macquarie Financial Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 12 September 2025.
