The Company has received a notification from the Executive Chairman, Datuk Lim Siow Jin (“Datuk Lim”) in connection with certain funding arrangements entered into in May 2025 and subsequently amended in August 2025.

Pursuant to the funding arrangements entered into in May 2025 and as amended in August 2025, the 15,000,000 ordinary shares in DXN transferred by Datuk Lim to the designated Funding Account were subsequently sold in the open market by Squadron Capital Funding Investor SPV2025, LTD in a series of transactions undertaken between 14 July 2025 and 13 October 2025. These transactions resulted in the disposal of an aggregate of 15,000,000 ordinary shares originally beneficially owned by Datuk Lim.

This general announcement is made to amend and correct the erroneous figures of the direct interest of Datuk Lim as set out in past disclosures and/or announcements published on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and to ensure that the Company’s records and public announcements reflect Datuk Lim’s actual shareholding position, to be correct and same as contained in the Record of Depositors of the Company.
