We refer to the Company's announcements dated 8 August 2022, 10 August 2022, 9 September 2022, 12 October 2022, 19 December 2022, 26 December 2023, 10 January 2024, 9 December 2024, 23 December 2024, 3 January 2025, 9 April 2025, 3 October 2025 and 12 February 2026 in relation to the Notice of Proposed Decision and Notice of Decision issued by MyCC. Unless otherwise stated, all definitions and abbreviations in this announcement shall have the same meanings as set out in the earlier announcements.

The Company wishes to announce that DPDC had on 23 February 2026 received from MyCC’s solicitors (a) an originating summons dated 13 February 2026; and (b) an affidavit in support; seeking, inter alia, leave of the High Court for a judgment to be entered against DPDC in terms of the MyCC’s Decision.

The Company further wishes to announce that DPDC had on 23 February 2026 filed an application at the High Court for leave to institute judicial review proceedings against the CAT’s Decision and seek a stay order in relation to the MyCC’s Decision.

Further announcement will be made as and when there is material development on the above matter.
