Heineken Malaysia Berhad ("HEINEKEN Malaysia" or "the Company") - Proposed Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature
The Board of Directors of HEINEKEN Malaysia wishes to announce that the Company will be seeking shareholders’ approval for the Proposed Shareholders’ Mandate for recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature (“Proposed Shareholders’ Mandate”) at the forthcoming Sixty-Second Annual General Meeting of the Company.
A circular containing the details of the Proposed Shareholders’ Mandate will be issued o the Company’s shareholders in due course.
