The Closing Price of RM2.8706 was determined based on the average volume weighted average market price of KPJ shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Closing Price is lower than KPJ-C28's Exercise Price of RM3.00, holders of KPJ-C28 will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised KPJ-C28 will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of the KPJ-C28 shall terminate absolutely.
