| Working experience and occupation | Hakimi bin Bahador has over 30 years of experience in mechanical engineering, project management, and plant turnaround operations, particularly within the oil, gas, and heavy industry sectors. He began his career with Perwaja Steel Sdn Bhd in 1991, where he progressed to Division Head of Maintenance, managing large-scale plant operations. He subsequently held senior roles at PFC Engineering Sdn Bhd and MIE Infrastructure & Energy Sdn Bhd, overseeing EPCC projects and oil & gas operations. In 2019, he joined EMSB as General Manager of Operations and was later promoted to Chief Operating Officer in 2022. Since January 2023, he has served as the Group's Turnaround Director, managing all operational and commercial aspects of turnaround and scheduled plant shutdown activities. |
