The Board of Directors of LSH Capital (“Board”) wishes to announce that:

(i) Astana Setia Sdn Bhd (“ASSB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of LSH Capital, has on 27 February 2026 entered into BEST Strategic Collaboration Agreement with Airman Sdn Bhd (“Airman”) for the proposed development known as “LSH Bund”, comprising a 52-storey mixed development on Lots 432, 310, 311, 312, 313, 151, 152, 256, 326, 336, 20004, 20006 and 20009, as well as an existing three-storey shophouse on Lot 49, all located along Jalan Pahang, Seksyen 85, Mukim Setapak, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur with principal approval plot ratio of 6.4 and an estimated gross development value (“GDV”) of RM500.0 million (“LSH Bund BEST Collaboration”); and

(ii) LSH Best Builders Sdn Bhd (“LSHBB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of LSH Capital, has on 27 February 2026 entered into BEST Strategic Collaboration Agreement with Bakti Jaya Impian Sdn Bhd (”BJISB”) for a mixed residential and commercial development on Lot 2072, Mukim Setapak, Daerah Gombak, Selangor Darul Ehsan, with an estimated GDV of RM403.9 million (“Lot 2072 BEST Collaboration”).

(collectively, the “BEST Collaboration Agreements” or “Agreements”)

The LSH Bund BEST Collaboration and the Lot 2072 BEST Collaboration (collectively, the “BEST Collaborations”) are undertaken in the ordinary course of business of ASSB and LSHBB and are aligned the business activities of LSH Capital and its subsidiaries (collectively, the “Group”) in providing construction-related services and solutions under its BEST Collaboration Framework.
