We refer to the Company’s announcements dated 9 May 2025 ,31 July 2025, 31 October 2025 and 30 January 2026 in relation to the MOU entered into between Perlis Sentral and MPK ("Parties") for the purpose of working together and cooperating in the concession for managing the bus terminal known as ‘Terminal Perlis Sentral’ located in Kangar, Perlis Darul Sunnah.
The Company wishes to announce that the Parties of the MOU had mutually agreed to extend the MOU until 8 May 2026 or such other date as the Parties may mutually agree in writing (“Expiry Date”). The extension is to allow the Parties to have more time to negotiate and finalise on the terms of a final definitive agreement.
All other terms and conditions of the MOU remain, continue to be valid and in force until the Expiry Date. The Company will make further announcements as and when there are any updates.
