This announcement is dated 3 March 2026.

Reference is made to the announcements dated 26 February 2026 and 27 February 2026 in relation to the Proposed Private Placement (“Earlier Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, the defined terms in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as defined in the Earlier Announcements.

CGS MY wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 3 March 2026, resolved to approve the listing and quotation of up to 90,000,000 Placement Units to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Private Placement subject to, amongst others, the following conditions:

1. CGS MY and YTL REIT must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities pertaining to the implementation of the Proposed Private Placement;
2. CGS MY to inform Bursa Securities upon the completion of the Proposed Private Placement; and
3. CGS MY to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities' approval once the Proposed Private Placement is completed.
