Reference is made to the Company's First Announcement dated 1 March 2022 and the subsequent monthly announcements relating to PN17 (“Announcements”). The terms herein shall bear the same meaning as defined in the Announcements.
On behalf of the Company, Kenanga IB wishes to announce that it, had on 13 February 2026, submitted an application to Bursa Securities for a further extension of time of six (6) months until 31 August 2026 for the Company to submit its regularisation plan to the relevant authorities ("Application").
As at the date of this announcement, the Application is pending Bursa Securities' consideration and decision.
