We refer to the announcements dated 10 February 2026 and 23 February 2026 in relation to the Proposal. Unless otherwise defined, the abbreviations and definitions used in the earlier announcement dated 10 February 2026 in relation to the Proposal shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board of Directors of BHIC (“Board”), Affin Hwang Investment Bank Berhad (“Affin Hwang IB”) wishes to announce that the Board (save for the Interested Directors) has deliberated on the contents of the Proposal Letter and after taking into consideration the advice of the Independent Adviser, the Board has resolved to table the Proposal to the disinterested shareholders of BHIC and holders of the RCPS A and RCPS-i A for their consideration and approval.
