We refer to the Company's announcements dated 10 December 2025, 9 January 2026, 12 January 2026, 21 January 2026, 9 February 2026, 27 February 2026 and 4 March 2026 in relation to the DRP Application. Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements.
On behalf of the Board, AmInvestment Bank wishes to announce that Gamuda has allotted and issued 23,471,936 new Gamuda Shares on 4 March 2026 pursuant to the DRP Application. The said new Gamuda Shares were listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Thursday, 5 March 2026, thereby marking the completion of the DRP Application.
With the listing of the said new Gamuda Shares, the enlarged number of issued Gamuda Shares is 5,952,894,523 Gamuda Shares.
