We are pleased to announce the offering by CIMB Bank of up to 150,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash-settled call warrants over ordinary shares in ITMAX.

The ITMAX-C6 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 8 April 2025 executed by us, as supplemented from time to time. The ITMAX-C6 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 14 April 2025, the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 12 June 2025, the Second Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 31 July 2025, the Third Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 29 August 2025, the Fourth Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 3 February 2026 and the Term Sheet for the ITMAX-C6 dated 6 March 2026.

The ITMAX-C6 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. A summary of the principal terms of the ITMAX-C6 is set out in the attachment.
