Reference is made to the SGS which was implemented by the Company on 2 June 2022.


Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19 (51) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Company wishes to announce that it has on 6 March 2026, made an offer of RHB Bank shares to eligible employees and Executive Directors of the Company and its subsidiaries under the SGS. The details of the offer are as follows:
