Upon graduation in 2015, Mr. Gan Yee Hin began his career in Platinum Victory Holdings Sdn Bhd as an Executive Director where he established the company's branding and marketing team, and oversaw branding, marketing, and sales activities. During his tenure, Mr. Gan gained exposure through involvement in various property development projects.

In 2019, Mr. Gan was appointed to the Board of Southern Score Sdn Bhd ("Southern Score").  Leveraging on his civil and structural engineering qualifications and experience in property development projects, Mr. Gan oversees the planning and implementation of Southern Score's construction projects. He is also responsible for formulating business strategies that contribute to Southern Score's business growth.

On 9 November 2022, Mr. Gan was appointed to the Board of Southern Score Builders Berhad ("SSBB") as the Chief Executive Officer & Executive Director, following the completion of the SSBB's regularisation plan.

Mr. Gan is the son of Tan Sri Datuk Seri Gan, the Managing Director and the major shareholder of Southern Score Builders Berhad. Southern Score Builders Berhad is a substantial shareholder of the Company.
