We refer to the announcement dated 13 May 2024 in relation to the Initial Announcement and the announcement dated 12 August 2024 in relation to the first supplemental agreement with NHB to revise, amend and add certain terms and conditions in the SSA (“First Supplemental SSA”) (collectively the “Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meaning as those used in the Announcements.
On behalf of the Board of SSBB, Kenanga IB wishes to announce that the Company had on 6 March 2026 entered into a second supplemental agreement with NHB to further revise, amend and add certain terms and conditions in the SSA (“Second Supplemental SSA”).
