The Board of Directors of ES Sunlogy wishes to announce that ES Energy Solution Pte Ltd (“ES Energy Solution” or “Sub-Contractor”), a 60%-owned indirect subsidiary of the Company had on 9 March 2026 accepted a Letter of Award (“LOA”) dated 5 March 2026 from Win Engineering Pte Ltd (“Win Engineering” or “Main Contractor”) for the supply and installation of electrical works include uninterruptible power supply (UPS) and extra low voltage (ELV) in Jurong Pioneer Junior College, Singapore (“Contract Works”).
