The Board of Directors of ES Sunlogy wishes to announce that ES Energy Solution Pte Ltd (“ES Energy Solution” or “Sub-Contractor”), a 60%-owned indirect subsidiary of the Company had on 9 March 2026 accepted a Letter of Award (“LOA”) dated 13 October 2025 from Win Engineering Pte Ltd (“Win Engineering” or “Main Contractor”) for the supply and installation of electrical works for the building works at Tampines N2C24 (Project FG 284 units) in Singapore (“Contract Works”).
