The Board of Directors of ES Sunlogy wishes to announce that ES Energy Solution Pte Ltd (“ES Energy Solution” or “Sub-Contractor”), a 60%-owned indirect subsidiary of the Company had on 9 March 2026 accepted a Letter of Award (“LOA”) dated 9 September 2025 from Win Engineering Pte Ltd (“Win Engineering” or “Main Contractor”) for the electrical installation (including telephone wiring), lighting protection, CATV installation, external lightings, fire alarm system and temporary electrical works (including licensed electrical workers (LEW) services) for the following projects in Singapore:-

1. Project 1: Building works at Ang Mo Kio N7 C41A (422 units); and

2. Project 2: Construction of high linkways from Marsiling Grove to low linkway across Woodlands Street 13, 

(collectively referred to as the “Contract Works”).
