TM-C2I - Notice of Book Closure

ADJUSTMENTS TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE NON-COLLATERALISED EUROPEAN-STYLE CASH SETTLED CALL WARRANTS OVER ORDINARY SHARES OF TELEKOM MALAYSIA BERHAD ("TM") ("TM-C2I") PURSUANT TO A SPECIAL SINGLE-TIER DIVIDEND OF RM0.04 PER ORDINARY SHARE FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2025 ("SPECIAL DIVIDEND")

Kindly be advised of the following :

1) The above Company's securities will be traded and quoted "Ex - Adjustment” as from: 12 Mar 2026
2) The last date of lodgment : 13 Mar 2026

Remarks :

In accordance with Condition 2, Part 1 of the Deed Poll dated 08 October 2025 - Adjustment of Exercise Price, Underlying Index, Exercise Level and/or Exercise Ratio, the Exercise Ratio and Exercise Price of TM-C2I shall be adjusted in accordance with the following formula:

Adjustment pursuant to Dividend in Specie

1. Adjusted Exercise Ratio = E x (P - D) / P

2. Adjusted Exercise Price = X x (P - D) / P

Whereby in respect of this Condition 2.1.1(d)(i) and (ii):

P: Closing price of TM on the last market day on which TM is traded on a cum-entitlement basis. 

D: RM0.0400, being the Special Dividend per TM share

X: RM8.2500, being the existing Exercise Price immediately prior to the Dividend in Specie

E: 8.0000, being the existing Exercise Ratio immediately prior to the Dividend in Specie

No adjustments will be made to the Exercise Ratio and/or Exercise Price of TM-C2I if such adjustments would amount to less than two percent (2%) of the Exercise Ratio and/or Exercise Price being changed.

For avoidance of doubt, reference should be made to the Base Prospectus dated Base Prospectus dated 17 October 2025, the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 14 November 2025, the Second Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 22 January 2026, and the terms and conditions therein shall prevail.
