The Board of Directors of Magni is pleased to declare a Third Single Tier Interim Dividend of 2.5 Sen per ordinary share in respect of the current quarter of financial year ending 30 April 2026 (“Q3-FYR 2026”) [Q3-FYR 2025: 3.8 Sen].
The rate of the declared interim dividend for the current Q3-FYR 2026 is lower by 1.3 Sen per ordinary share compared to Q3-FYR 2025 mainly due to lower profit attributable to shareholders of the Company during Q3-FYR 2026.
