We wish to announce that UEMS-C1U expired at 5.00 p.m. on 10 March 2026 ("Expiry Date") and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as below.
Cash Settlement Amount:
= Number of UEMS-C1U x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of UEMS-C1U x (RM0.5163 - RM0.8800) x (1/1.5)
= Number of UEMS-C1U x RM0.0000
The Closing Price of RM 0.5163 is the average volume-weighted average price (VWAP) of the UEMS Shares for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Cash Settlement Amount is equal to or less than zero, we shall not be obliged to make any payment to the relevant holder and UEMS-C1U shall become void and cease to have exercise rights and our obligation in respect of UEMS-C1U shall terminate absolutely.
