ADJUSTMENTS TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE NON-COLLATERALISED EUROPEAN-STYLE CASH SETTLED CALL WARRANTS OVER ORDINARY SHARES OF TELEKOM MALAYSIA BERHAD ("TM") ("TM-C2B") PURSUANT TO A SPECIAL SINGLE-TIER DIVIDEND OF RM0.04 PER ORDINARY SHARE FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2025 ("SPECIAL DIVIDEND")

We refer to the announcement made by TM dated 25 February 2026 and our announcement dated 25 February 2026 pertaining to the Special Dividend.


In accordance with Condition 2, Part 1 of the Deed Poll dated 11 October 2024, the terms and conditions of TM-C2B shall not be adjusted as the adjustments amount is less than 2% of the Exercise Price and/or Exercise Ratio being changed.
