We refer to the announcement made by KEYFIELD dated 25 February 2026 and our announcement dated 26 February 2026 in relation to the Special single tier dividend of 2 sen per share ("Special Dividend").
In accordance with the Second Schedule of the Deed Poll dated 20 May 2025, the terms and conditions of KEYFIELD-CF shall not be adjusted as the adjustment amount is less than 2% of the Exercise Ratio and/or Exercise Price being changed.
