Further to the announcement made on 25 February 2026, the Board of Directors of Hong Seng wishes to announce that during the case management fixed on 11 March 2026, the High Court gave directions that the Court mediation will be fixed before YA Tuan Azlan bin Sulaiman. The High Court has proposed three (3) dates for parties’ consideration, namely 3 April 2026, 10 April 2026 and 26 June 2026. The Plaintiffs are agreeable to all the proposed dates.
The solicitor of the Company have requested that the matter be fixed for case management on 12 March 2026 morning by way of e-Review in order to update the Court on the availability of the Defendants' representatives.
In light of the above, the High Court has fixed a case management by way of e-Review on 12 March 2026 at 9:00 a.m. to update the Court on the Defendants’ representatives’ available dates.
