Reference is made to the announcement dated 29 October 2025 wherein Bursa Securities had approved the application for an extension of time up to 25 March 2026 to submit its regularisation plan to the relevant regulatory authorities.
On behalf of the Board of Meridian, M & A Securities Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that the Company had on 11 March 2026 submitted a further extension of time application to Bursa Securities of nine (9) months i.e. up to 25 December 2026 to submit its regularisation plan to the relevant regulatory authorities ("Fourth EOT Application").
