The Board of Directors of Texchem Resources Bhd. [Reg. No.: 197301002868 (16318-K)] (“Company”) wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek its shareholders’ approval for the following proposals at the forthcoming 52nd Annual General Meeting of the Company to be convened on a date to be announced later:

1. Proposed Renewal of Existing Shareholders’ Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature; and

2. Proposed Renewal of Existing Share Buy-Back Authority.
