The Board of Directors of PSP Energy is pleased to announce that PSP Marine (M) Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of PSP Energy, had on 11 March 2026 entered into a memorandum of agreement with Eastern Marine Corporation (acting on behalf of Kyokai Kaiun Co., Ltd., Japan) (“MOA”) for the proposed acquisition of a bunker vessel, namely Ryokyo Maru No. 2 (IMO No.: 9286994), for a total purchase consideration of JPY 222.0 million (or equivalent to approximately RM5.5 million) , subject to the terms and conditions of the MOA.
