(I) PROPOSED TERMINATION OF THE EXISTING EMPLOYEES' SHARE OPTION SCHEME ("ESOS")
(II) PROPOSED ESTABLISHMENT OF A NEW LONG-TERM INCENTIVE PLAN ("LTIP")
(COLLECTIVELY REFERRED TO AS THE "PROPOSALS")

Reference is made to the previous announcements in relation to the Proposals (“Announcements”) and the circular to shareholders of RLEB in respect of the Proposals dated 15 December 2025 (“Circular”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements and Circular shall apply herein.


The Company wishes to announce that the ESOS 2021 will be terminated with effect from 12 March 2026 (“ESOS 2021 Termination Date”). As at the ESOS 2021 Termination Date, 105,000 ESOS 2021 Options have been exercised, while 17,342,425 ESOS 2021 Options with an exercise price of RM0.2756 per ESOS 2021 Option remain outstanding and unexercised.
