Reference is made to the Company’s series of announcements from 13 April 2020 to 5 March 2026 in relation to the Company triggering Para 8.03A(2)(b) of the Listing Requirements on ground that the Company has an insignificant business or operations and therefore is considered as an Affected Listed issuer.

In this connection, the Board of Directors of MJPERAK wishes to announce that the Company has today submitted an application to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") seeking its approval for a waiver from the requirement to submit the Proposed Regularisation Plan and for the upliftment of the Company from its Affected Listed Issuer status.

The outcome of the said Application will be announced upon the decision received from Bursa Securities.
