Reference is made to our earlier announcement dated 2 December 2025 pertaining to the Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim ("Suit") filed by Mohd Zikri bin Md. Zaini and 46 Others ("Plaintiffs") against Hillpark Resources Sdn. Bhd. and MKH Berhad (collectively referred to as the "Defendants").
The Company wishes to announce that MKH Berhad’s application to strike out the Plaintiffs' Suit against MKH Berhad has been allowed by the Court with costs of RM1,500 to be paid by the Plaintiffs to MKH Berhad.
