The Board of Directors of Advancecon wishes to announce that the Court of Appeal has allowed SESB's motion for an extension of time to file the Notice of Appeal and has awarded costs of RM1,000.00 each to the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 6th, 7th, 8th and 9th Respondents, and RM1,000.00 jointly to the 4th and 5th Respondents.
