The Board of Directors of FBG Holdings Berhad (formerly known as Fajarbaru Builder Group Bhd) (“FBG” or the “Company”) wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, FBG Builder Sdn Bhd, has on 12 March 2026 accepted a Letter of Award dated 10 March 2026 issued by NR Architect on behalf of Alpine Affluent Sdn Bhd, an indirect subsidiary of S P Setia Berhad, for the Construction and Completion of Three (3) Units of 4-Storey Semi-Detached and Detached Factory (Alpine 2) at Jalan Penyajak U1/45A, Temasya Glenmarie, 40150 Shah Alam, Selangor Darul Ehsan (“Contract”).
