Reference is made to the announcements dated 19 December 2025 and 16 February 2026 in relation to the Proposed Land Acquisition (“Previous Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations used herein shall have the same meanings as defined in the Previous Announcements.
On behalf of the Board, Hong Leong Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that M Industrial had entered into the following agreements with the respective parties to supplement, amend and/or vary certain terms of the SPA and PMA:
(i) a supplemental agreement in relation to the SPA with Aura Muhibah (“Supplemental SPA”); and
(ii) a supplemental agreement in relation to the PMA with Southville City (“Supplemental PMA”).
