Further to the announcement made on 30 October 2023, the Board of Directors of WB wishes to announce that Jutasama Jaya Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No. 199301017394 (272132-T)] (“JJSB”), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of WB had held its final meeting for the Member’s Voluntary Winding Up on 24 February 2026.

JJSB will be fully dissolved after the expiration of three months from the date of lodgement of the Return by Liquidator relating to the Final Meeting with the Companies Commission of Malaysia and Official Receiver.

The Member’s Voluntary Winding Up of JJSB will not have any effect on the share capital and shareholdings of the substantial shareholders of WB and will not have any financial impact on the gearing, earnings and net assets of WB Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2026.

None of the Directors, major shareholders, chief executive of WB and/or persons connected to them have any interest, direct or indirect, in the Member’s Voluntary Winding Up of JJSB.
