Encik Mohamad Najib bin Ishak has been at the forefront of the Malaysian cargo industry where he has lead Raya Airways Sdn Bhd as the Group Managing Director since 2013.

Under his stewardship, Raya Airways has grown its footprint covering much of the routes in Southeast Asia and China with focus on delivering service excellence to its airfreight customers. This underpins the rapid growth in number of flights and exponential increase in cargo throughput, with corresponding expansion in the capacity segment, with the types of aircrafts operated by the company, the latest being the Boeing 767-300 freighter.

His initial foray in the corporate, finance & investment sectors started with his involvement in certain private entities as well as roles held in several investment banking institutions. This has given him the fundamentals in charting business growth with focus on sound cost management and financial management practices.

Encik Mohamad Najib holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Financial and Business Economics (2005) from Royal Holloway, University of London. He completed the Executive Education Programme at Judge Business School, University of Cambridge (2016).
