CHARTER CONTRACTS SECURED
The Board of Directors of Keyfield International Berhad is pleased to announce that our group has secured various chartering contracts as follows:
i) Total of 8 chartering contracts ("Contracts") for 7 units of Accommodation Work Boats ("AWBs") and 1 unit of Anchor Handling Tug Supply ("AHTS") as follows:

ii) The duration of the Contracts ranges from 2 months firm plus 1 month extension option to 1 year firm plus 1 year extension option. 7 of these Contracts are expected to commence in the first half of 2026, while 1 is expected to commence in early 2027.
iii) The Contracts are valued at approximately RM162 million while the extension period is valued at approximately RM84 million.
