The Board of Directors ("Board") of 3REN Berhad ("3REN" or the "Company") wishes to announce that Sophic Automation Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No. 200701036965 (794994-D)] (“Sophic Automation”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company had on even date, entered into a Collaboration Agreement (the “Agreement”) with PSDC Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No. 200001002792 (505397-U)] ("PSDC"), which operates a Private Higher Education Institution under the name known as "FutureTech Academy" ("FTA") pursuant to Private Higher Educational Institutions Act 1996 (Act 555).
